PLant Magic Soundbath
Before you arrive:
It's good to be well hydrated and wear, relaxing, comfy clothing.
Take a moment to connect with the theme for the session and consider your personal intention for your time in the soundbath.
What to expect:
We like to start promptly and so we open our doors 15 minutes before start time, this gives us some space to say hello, and for you to settle onto your mat and get yourself wrapped up and cosy.
You will be offered some blended essential oil to apply to your hands so that you can inhale and welcome the first magical plant essence chosen for the session.
Fiona then leads in with some gentle drumming connecting in with your breath and introducing the intention for the session, based on the advertised theme. You will be invited to set your own intention, but you may choose to simply settle in and relax.
As Fiona continues to build the soundscape. Poppy's voice takes over as she guides you on a short meditation journey to fully connect with the first of our chosen essential oils. We spiral inwards with the essence and the sound for aproximately 25 minutes, before we begin to spiral outwards with our second essentail oil. As the soundscape fades we hold a minute or two of silence before Poppy guides you out of the meditation, with the second of our chosen essential oils. The Drum, Rattle or Koshi chimes will help to bring you back and you have time to gently come too. We then share a drink and any thoughts arising from the session, before you continue on with your day.

Past Life Regression
Before you arrive:
Wear something comfy and bring a bottle of water - drinking water is great for grounding after a session.
Consider joining the PLR group for guidance support and a place to ask questions.
check in with the theme/intention for the session.
Bring a note book/journal and pen
What to Expect:
The over arching intention is to visit a past life a which was a positive, empowering experience and to bring this positivity forward to support your current life experience.
We like to start promptly and so we open our doors 15 minutes before start time, this gives us some space to say hello, and for you to settle onto your mat.
A brief chat from Fiona about group regression with an oportunity to ask questions, She will set the specific intention for the session, before guiding you into a relaxed state reqady for the regression.
At some point you will be invited to step from this life into the past (possibly though a misty veil), to connect with a past life which satisfies the intention for the session.
You will be guided to 3 or 4 significant scenes from the life and given time to experience and explore these scenes, before being guided back into the here and now.
There is a period of integration, where you can get a cup of tea and journal or chat quietly with your neighbour, respecting the process of everyone in the room. Finishing off with a voluntary share and any questions.
Afterwards
Continue to ground yourself, drink plenty of water, get something to eat (chocolate is great for this), walk in nature or simply get your bare feet on some grass.
Be open to further insights dropping in, journal.
Join the PL Regression Group and share your experience maybe ask a question?
