Solstice Stillness - Mini Retreat

Join us for an immersion into the energies of Winter Solstice, taking time to rest and reflect, we will flow with the energies of the season. As we land in the shadow of the darkest day we will settle into stillness and take some time to contemplate the coming expansion that the return of the light will bring.

You will have space and time to reflect on the opportunities that you have created for yourself this year and perhaps some that you let slip by.

We will provide and hold the space to connect with the stillness of midwinter as the sun pauses and holds steady in the sky.

After opening we will begin with Stillness, flow in to Reflection and then expand into Embodiment.
