Join Poppy, Elle and Fiona for a mini retreat celebrating the summer Solstice with Cacao and Oracle Cards, Mediation and Plant Magic Soundbath, incorporating time for reflection, intention setting and journalling as we navigate the powerful and fiery energies of Summer Solstice.

About the event
Join us for an immersion into the energies of Summer Solstice, reflecting on the opportunities that you have created and the steps you have taken so far this year. We will provide and hold the space to connect with the abundance of the energies of midsummer as the Sun pauses and holds steady in the sky.
After opening we will begin with Gratitude, flow in to Intention Setting and then expand into Embodiment.
Gratitude: Poppy will begin with a Cacao and Oracle card Ceremony. Drawing on the wisdom of the Seasons of the Witch - Litha deck
Intention Setting: Elle will then lead us in a Sun Meditation - this will either take place in The Rosemary Well, or weather and group dependent we may relocate to the Labyrinth in the Castle grounds for this portion of the event.
Embodiment: Fiona will then lead a Soundbath incorporating mantras and plant…
