About the event
We will open the circle , we will explore Altar building, Oracle Cards, and share in circle. We will also incorporate time for reflection, and journalling
Join us for an immersion into the energies of Lammas, we will provide and hold the space to connect as we enter the harvest season and reflect on what has passed.
After opening by connecting in withThe Rosemary Well we will begin with Intention Setting, flow in to Embodiment and then expand into Gratitude.
Intention setting : Fiona will open the circle and then flow into a sound led experience to balance your chakras and then journey on to discover your personal focus/intention for the morning.
Embodiment: We will share ritual food and drink and Poppy will then guide an altar building masterclass incorporating all the elements of the season, and we invite you to bring along anything you would like to contribute to…
