Group Past Life Regression

Journey with me to a past life. Where following the guidance of my voice and other supportive sounds you have the opportunity to explore, visit a few scenes from the life and where may make a valuable contact, bring back a gift or some learning to support you in any challenges you may be currently experiencing.

This is a small group experience, there is time allocated for you to arrive and settle on your mat, an introductory chat before commencing the experience, following which there is an opportunity to share should you wish to whilst grounding with a cup of water or herbal tea.

At The Rosemary Well (TRW) we have chairs, yoga mats, cushions and blankets, but please feel free to bring any personal items (i.e. an additional blanket/mat) to support you.
