Fluid Femininty - Divine Feminine Immersion

We’ll explore the social and spiritual construct of femininity, how it’s portrayed and what it means to you. As a group we’ll join together to celebrate the expansiveness of what the feminine can be through discussion and meditation. We’ll bring in essential oils to help anchor into your existing and the new beliefs that you explore in the workshop, learning from the plants. Then flowing into getting creative together with collage and colouring to make yourself a moodboard, altar card or piece of artwork that you can take away with you and end with a closing ceremony to bring all of it together.

(We’ll be bringing collage materials but please bring any magazines, scrap paper stickers etc that you might want to use)

At The Rosemary Well (TRW) we have chairs, yoga mats, cushions and blankets, but please feel free to bring any personal items (i.e. an additional blanket/mat) to support you.
