Ecstatic Dance @TRW

I’m so excited to share this with you, I love the experience of losing myself in music, just allowing my body to flow with whatever the beat, rhythm or tempo suggests. It provides the opportunity to lose yourself for an hour or so, clear out stuck energy and move freely, allowing your body to take over and express itself. Dance is bare foot which helps with stability, safety and grounding, as this is a meditative experience there is no talking during the dance, through out the dance focus is on the inner experience, without inhibition or self judgement. There will be an opportunity to share at the end of the experience for those who wish to.
