About the event
A wondeful opportunity to explore the topic of self love and self care and specifically identify activities and behaviours which support you with this. With a specific focus on movement, nurture and relaxation.
During a short guided meditation we will ask you to connect with the activities and behaviours which allow these important elements of self love and self care to actively manifest in your life.
Then from a pool of 9 essential oils, intuitively selected by Poppy and Fiona you will have the opportunity to produce a personal blend of upto 3 essential oils and 1 carrier oil in a roller ball for easy application.
The intention is that the use of your roller ball in your daily life will support you to do more of the activities which you have identified as those which support you in expressing self love and self care.
