Mark making Music and Movement with Alicia Cookson and Fiona Belcham. Join us at The Rosemary Well for an afternoon of he-artful expression. Open up to the freedom of child-like curiousity. Allow the intuitive mark-making process to transport you into a world of creative flow, from here your senses may be ignited by the music inviting intuitive movement. At The Rosemary Well we are offering a safe space for you to freely experiment, and spark your imagination.
Once we have welcomed you in to the space, Alicia will begin by guiding you through some mark making practice, to explore some simple techniques. From here Fiona will settle you into a meditation, focussing on connecting with your body, relaxing and feeling the free flow of energy, connecting with child like, playful energy, which we will then expand with the music and movement.
