An Equinox Reflection

As we traveling deeper into harvest season, we arrive at autumn equinox, the pivot point between light & dark, day and night stand in perfect balance and the Autumn Equinox invites us to pause upon this sacred threshold, as the bright half of the year gently yields to the dark.

Often recognised today as Mabon, this is the season of the final harvest, and the Earth begins to draw her energy inward in preparation for winter. In the Celtic tradition, thresholds were honoured as places of transformation—moments to pause between what has been and what is yet to come.  We are reminded that surrender is not an ending but an act of deep trust in the turning of the Wheel. It is through releasing from striving, loosening our grasp, and accepting the changing season, that we make space for quiet wisdom to emerge.
